[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest privately held timeshare company in the world, and they are seeking a Senior Accountant to support the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of financial records in accordance with GAAP standards. This role involves managing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance and reputed company execution of the month-end reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post reputed company, accurate journal entries in support of month-end reputed company
- Review and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and account activity
- reputed company detailed balance sheet reconciliations with reputed company supporting documentation
- Review journal entries and reconciliations reputed company by Staff Accountants , ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify discrepancies, reputed company variance analysis , and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and present financial reports, schedules, and management reporting packages
- Support cash reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Assist with reputed company audit requests and maintain audit-reputed company documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal reputed company policies and procedures
- Partner with reputed company and cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and financial controls optimization
- Complete reputed company analyses and special reputed company as assigned by leadership
Skills
- 3–5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong experience with general reputed company reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proven experience supporting month-end reputed company and audit processes
- Experience with variance analysis and financial statement review
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance (reputed company preferred)
- Experience with cash reconciliations, forecasting, or budgeting support
- Exposure to industries such as hospitality, reputed company estate, mortgage, or financial services
- Experience working with large datasets or reputed company account structures
