[Remote] Chief Marketing Officer

This role will own the digital reputed company P&L, reputed company a distributed team, and drive the reputed company that unlocks the next stage of reputed company customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Digital P&L leadership
• Accountability for CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin, and channel capital allocation

• Build and execute a reputed company testing roadmap across reputed company channels (reputed company, reputed company, affiliates), rapidly scaling reputed company campaigns and shutting down underperformers

• Conversion & retention optimization

• AI experimentation

Skills

• D2C e-reputed company experience selling physical consumer products ($20M+ reputed company reputed company)
• Deep expertise in reputed company acquisition, particularly reputed company, to reputed company audiences
• Proven reputed company record improving CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin
• Experience with reputed company or comparable platforms plus lifecycle marketing tools such as reputed company or reputed company
• Demonstrated ownership of digital P&L or reputed company function budgets ($reputed company–$10M+)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and offer reputed company
• Experience managing teams (5+ people) and driving performance accountability
