[Remote] MGR II R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEERING

Responsibilities
- Manage team to research, reputed company, and maintain products through the Lifecyle
- Responsible for performance goals following the organization's reputed company, reviewing, and providing feedback to team members periodically

- Follow LEANPD Project Process to support the project team from the PDE perspective to complete the Project (NPI or Sustaining) on time, with reputed company, and reputed company budget

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Build a deep understanding of market and customer needs by fostering a reputed company between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams
- Maintain a system-level understanding of customer applications and the product design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ expectations
- Technical support to customers, sales, PM, and the plant team. Conduct necessary tests, engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and verification

Skills
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience. Barriers to entry may require committee review
- Generally has a minimum of 3 years of reputed company leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles
- Experience with product development processes, including design, prototyping, and testing
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Knowledge about various phases of product realization and product development
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art design tools such as 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD), modeling, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T), electrical & electronic design, and Simulation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, molding, stamping, plating, etc.)
- Knowledge of material (metal/plastic) properties will be a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company tools (FMEA, 6sigma, DOE, 8D…) will be a plus
