Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions by translating business requirements into automated, reputed company technical configurations and custom Deluge scripts
• Manage end-to-end data reputed company, system integrations with reputed company-party platforms, and user-facing reporting to optimize operational workflows across the organization
• Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
• Analyze existing CRM processes and identify gaps

• Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| reputed company| and workflows
