[Remote] Senior Program Manager, M&A Operations

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Emerging Business Operations team, responsible for driving integration programs for newly acquired or incubated businesses to ensure operational readiness and successful Go-To-Market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage comprehensive integration programs from scratch, defining scope, goals, program plans, and communication methodology for new acquisitions or incubations
- Define, reputed company, and coordinate a set of interdependent reputed company sequenced to reputed company combined GTM and operational reputed company
- reputed company program and project management workstreams across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company to reputed company coordinated delivery

Skills

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage programs from scratch, including defining scope, assembling workstreams, and driving end-to-end delivery
- Strong understanding of reputed company facets of Sales or reputed company Operations in a reputed company based company
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market functions including sales planning, marketing programs, and reputed company workflows
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive reputed company reputed company on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to reputed company messaging across audiences and reputed company
- Experience using data to evaluate program performance, analyze trends, and support decision-making
