Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees regarding leave-reputed company questions and requests
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records reputed company internal systems
- reputed company cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure reputed company follow-up with employees and internal stakeholders
- Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues reputed company appropriate
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and reputed company of employee requests
- Maintain organized electronic records and support process documentation
- Assist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systems
Skills
- 3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or reputed company experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first reputed company
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services, reputed company Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferred
- Experience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not required
- Experience with reputed company or other HRIS systems is a plus
