Responsibilities

- Audit, rebuild, and optimize existing lifecycle infrastructure, automations, segmentation, and campaign workflows
- reputed company and execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns across multiple home services verticals
- reputed company reputed company, testing, experimentation, and optimization initiatives to continuously improve channel performance
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize metrics including deliverability, reputed company rates, CTR, conversion rates, engagement, unsubscribe rates, and reputed company reputed company
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement flows
- Identify opportunities to improve monetization, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency using data-driven insights
