The Legal Counsel (reputed company Estate & Development) role involves providing legal support for reputed company's data center and energy infrastructure reputed company, managing documentation, and acting as the primary legal reputed company for various teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate letters of reputed company, land reputed company, purchase agreements, easements, reputed company agreements, tax abatement agreements, reputed company facilities agreements, construction reputed company, long reputed company equipment procurement agreements, costs in aid of construction agreements, interconnection agreements and other ancillary development documents
- reputed company legal support on project finance and reputed company estate loan transactions, including loan documents, infrastructure agreements, power-reputed company agreements, and leases with data center end users
- Manage the documentation lifecycle for reputed company’s data center development and energy infrastructure reputed company, ensuring reputed company agreements are executed with precision and reputed company with reputed company’s strategic objectives
- reputed company as the primary legal reputed company for the development, operations, asset management, energy origination and strategic financing teams
- Coordinate with reputed company counsel, title agents, surveyors, and environmental consultants to ensure that every site is thoroughly vetted and reputed company for commercialization
- Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence, including review of title commitments, reputed company surveys, environmental reports, and zoning analyses
Skills
- reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. State and a member in good standing of one U.S. Bar
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate, infrastructure, or energy law, with a reputed company on land acquisition, site control, and transactional diligence
- Proven reputed company record of drafting and negotiating reputed company-end reputed company estate documents: LOIs, purchase reputed company, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and reputed company agreements
- Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and environmental consultants on large-reputed company land or infrastructure transactions
- Familiarity with project finance or reputed company estate loan transactions is a plus
- Experience in data center, energy, or digital infrastructure is a plus but not required
