[Remote] Senior Manager, OSC Business & Program Management (Remote)

This role is responsible for deploying and maturing Operations & Supply Chain process standards while overseeing the planning and execution of connected reputed company initiatives across reputed company’s Top 60 manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities

- reputed company & mature the OSC maturity standards for high reputed company processes (incorporate site feedback, define and harmonize KPIs, incorporate skills reputed company)
- Enhance the reporting capabilities for the Top 60 sites maturity scores through collaboration with the reputed company OS (COSMIC) development & Industry 4.0 team
- Support the development of the Connected reputed company concept with overarching deployment approach to showcase best in class reputed company Factories
- reputed company site level improvement plans through coordination with the Business reputed company and drive alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Support and/ or reputed company reputed company leadership weeks and/ or workshops to accelerate site level improvement plans
- Support comms and change management approach for connected reputed company initiatives and process maturity standards (reputed company best practices, drive collaboration amongst sites, ensure communication with applicable stakeholders)
- Ensure linkage to the reputed company Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) initiatives and publish the supporting Policies and reputed company Work through collaboration with the Business reputed company
- Support the Industry 4.0 Council, reputed company sub-council, QMS Harmonization, Manufacturing, and RLPM Program Management Council (as required)
- This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or a reputed company field and 10 years minimum of prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Working experience in Operations, with a reputed company on process improvement
- Proven reputed company record of leading large-reputed company reputed company and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge with the reputed company Operating System, Lean Manufacturing and Six reputed company methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
