[Remote] Senior Recruiter (Contractor)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a mental health benefits platform for reputed company, and they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join their growing People team. This role involves managing full-cycle reputed company for Go-To-Market functions and General & Administrative roles while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers
- Facilitate a high reputed company and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
- Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across reputed company
- Partner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, reputed company hiring
- Partner with the reputed company leaders to reputed company efficient and reputed company reputed company processes and help manage ongoing reputed company programs (referrals, reputed company etc.)
- Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members
- Consider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for reputed company's long-term reputed company
Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience; in-house experience required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring
- reputed company strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required, along with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- A reputed company record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ability to generate a high reputed company pipeline of candidates under reputed company tight timelines
- Experience with reputed company metrics and using data to guide reputed company and reputed company
- An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience
