The Specialist will reputed company transparency reporting efforts, monitor compliance activities, and enhance HCP engagement processes while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, in coordination with the Operations Senior Manager, the operational execution of U.S. federal and state reputed company transparency reporting (e.g., reputed company Payments/Sunshine reputed company) as reputed company as applicable state or global disclosure requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to collect, validate, and reconcile HCP transfer-of-value data
- Support the preparation and submission of transparency reports, managing inquiries and disputes, and maintain required documentation and audit-reputed company data trails
- Monitor evolving federal, state, and global transparency requirements and supports updates to internal processes, controls, and training to maintain ongoing compliance
- Drive and support process improvement strategies to enhance data collection, data reputed company, and overall reporting efficiency
- Support compliance monitoring activities reputed company to HCP engagements, including speaker programs, consulting arrangements, advisory boards, and other interactions
- Assist with review of payments, reputed company, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and external requirements

- Conduct comprehensive Due Diligence on reputed company HCPs (and reputed company entities) and HCOs considered for consulting or clinical engagements, providing the business with a consolidated reputed company of reputed company company historical and reputed company interactions, along with reputed company documented Due Diligence findings
- Maintain and execute Due Diligence checks in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies, ensuring ongoing compliance and up to date risk assessment practices
- Maintain repository of Due Diligence reports
- Support FMV processes for HCP engagements, including application of FMV methodologies, reputed company cards, and documentation standards
- Partner with the business to ensure engagements are reputed company and documented consistently with FMV principles
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams supporting FMV analyses, as applicable
- Work closely with the Operations Senior Manager on planning, prioritization, and execution of compliance operations initiatives
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, job aids, and training materials reputed company to compliance operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; background in compliance, reputed company, finance, operations, or a reputed company field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in reputed company compliance, transparency reporting, compliance operations, or a reputed company operational role
- Experience working with compliance or payment systems, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
