The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Freshservice platforms to improve operational efficiency and user experience through workflow automation and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Freshservice modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
• Design and implement workflows, automations, orchestration rules, and business processes
• reputed company and maintain integrations with reputed company systems using REST reputed company, webhooks, and custom scripting
• Customize service catalogs, portals, forms, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
• Configure SLA policies, business rules, and operational metrics

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Freshservice administration and development experience
• Strong experience with Freshservice workflows, automation, orchestration, and platform customization
• Proficiency with JavaScript, REST reputed company, JSON, and webhooks
• Experience integrating Freshservice with Azure AD, reputed company 365, reputed company platforms, and reputed company applications
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes and best practices
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
