Skills
- Must have experience in dynamic markets such as data centers, critical power, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field required
- 12–15+ years of reputed company leadership experience in global operations reputed company a manufacturing environment
- Proven reputed company leading multi-site, global operations at reputed company ($1B+), preferably supporting data center, electrical infrastructure, or other high-reputed company technical markets
- Demonstrated experience leading high-mix, low-to-reputed company volume or customized manufacturing environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and driving profitability
- Deep expertise in global supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and logistics
- Advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies (VSM, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, pull systems, takt time, reputed company work)

- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
