[Remote] Senior Associate, reputed company & Operations

They are seeking a Senior Associate, reputed company & Operations to reputed company cross-functional operational reputed company, improve processes, and drive operational readiness for new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Independently own cross-functional operational reputed company from problem definition through solution design, execution, and results measurement
- Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product and service line launches — partnering cross-functionally to define workflows, build support infrastructure, and execute an effective MVP while designing for scalability from the start
- Dig into operational and member experience data to identify patterns, surface reputed company causes, and translate findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Design, build, and iterate on internal processes, workflows, and tooling that improve efficiency, reputed company, and consistency for the Consumer Support and Consumer Provider team
- Partner with Product teams to represent the voice of operations: flagging member pain points, defining requirements, and supporting launches of new features or programs

Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, reputed company & ops, consulting, or a reputed company analytical role
- Experience at a startup or high-reputed company tech company; reputed company or consumer product experience a plus but not required
- Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable digging into large datasets, building models in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, and have experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- A reputed company record of running reputed company end-to-end — you set the reputed company, manage stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive to completion
