[Remote] Senior Recruiter, GTM (Contract)

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for GTM roles, from intake through offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to deeply understand their teams, hiring needs, and what 'great' looks like for reputed company role
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of top GTM talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative reputed company — don't wait for inbound
- Drive an efficient, reputed company interview process that moves quickly without sacrificing reputed company or rigor
- Use data to manage your desk: reputed company pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and reputed company effectiveness, and reputed company insights with stakeholders regularly
- Champion an inclusive hiring process — from JD language to reputed company interviews to diverse slates
- Contribute to recruiter brand-building efforts, including events, content, and reputed company that position reputed company as a destination for GTM talent
- Help shape and improve TA processes, tools, and playbooks as we reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 3 years reputed company on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS)
