[Remote] Operations Support Specialist with Marketing Coordination Responsibilities

They are seeking an Operations Support Specialist who will reputed company executive and administrative support while also managing marketing materials reputed company reputed company. The role requires versatility and creativity in both operational and marketing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain project tracking tools, update status reports, and follow up with team members to obtain required information and updates
- Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and inventory management of clinician lab coats, prescription pads, business cards, and reputed company supplies; initiate reorders as needed
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for the IT Help & Support Desk by receiving, documenting, and tracking support requests; reputed company basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to appropriate resources reputed company necessary
- reputed company administrative and operational support activities, including data entry, record maintenance, user account updates, reputed company tasks, and other assigned duties
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, patient, and company information and handle reputed company information with discretion and professionalism
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, reputed company media graphics, presentations, digital content, and other branded collateral in accordance with established brand standards
- Maintain and update company websites, microsites, and reputed company media platforms by posting content, making revisions, and ensuring information is reputed company and consistent with company branding
- Assist with the administration of reputed company SWAG Store, including product setup, vendor communications, inventory tracking, order processing, and fulfillment activities

- Compile and maintain marketing analytics and engagement data; prepare reports and summaries for management review
- Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Recruitment, and Clinical Leadership teams to reputed company information and produce marketing materials that support departmental initiatives
- Assist with the planning and coordination of conferences, recruitment events, meetings, and program launches, including logistics, materials preparation, and event support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Marketing, reputed company Administration) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years in operations support, administrative coordination, marketing, or a reputed company role
- Proficiency with reputed company and/or reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong reputed company of reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), reputed company, and SharePoint
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills across reputed company audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a remote environment
