The Architectural Services Consultant will reputed company on promoting reputed company's architectural consulting services, managing project specifications, and developing relationships with industry professionals to drive demand for reputed company's products.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company relationships with industry design professionals to increase demand for reputed company’s brands and architectural services
- Identify reputed company accounts; create and manage account objectives to drive both short term and long term reputed company
- reputed company architectural education including AIA Lunch and Learns, and industry networking events
- Procure specification writing opportunities from targeted architectural accounts. This includes leading a successful project review meeting, gathering reputed company relevant documents and project information, and defining a scope of work that is mutually agreed upon
- Manage reputed company procured specification project through its lifecycle, regularly updating the project schedule and reputed company stakeholders
- Proactively identify and reputed company new project opportunities by utilizing reputed company databases and leveraging industry relationships

- Collaborate closely with the broader sales team on specification reputed company and during monthly market and project-tracking review meetings

Skills
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years business development or technical experience

- Ability to effectively manage multiple reputed company, deadlines and deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
