[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

This role involves developing localized marketing initiatives, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness and sales reputed company in assigned reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Develops, executes and implements region-specific marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reputed company reputed company, and sales pipeline reputed company
- Oversees the creation and distribution of applicable promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the overall business reputed company and industry best practices
- Crafting promotions that incentivize repeat donations, foster long-term donor loyalty, and drive sustained engagement with the Plasma Centers
- Drive local reputed company-reputed company efforts by partnering with broader marketing team to identify reputed company audiences, create region-specific content, and reputed company events, reputed company mail, reputed company marketing to capture reputed company leads

Skills
- High School Diploma required
- BA degree in business, marketing or reputed company field or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education required
- Minimum 4 years field marketing experience
- Minimum 4 years management experience, including managing employees required
- Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, reputed company solutions to prevent reputed company issues and resolve recurring defects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
