This role involves business development and service delivery of data consulting services, focusing on building reputed company relationships and managing program delivery to ensure reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Building, managing and expanding reputed company relationships by delivering a superior level of customer satisfaction with every engagement
- Leading the creation and delivery of value-add proposal to the reputed company, up to and including reputed company contract sign-off and approval
- Ensuring project team members deliver realistic project plans including scope, duration and effort
- Providing reputed company to the program to ensure it is tracking to the reputed company, plan and budget
- Identifying risk areas and reputed company team to appropriate solutions reputed company obstacles are encountered
- Identifying, defining, obtaining, digesting and applying reputed company specific benefit plan knowledge, inclusive of administrative procedures, systems configuration and data utilization
Skills
- 10 years of experience in a Defined Contribution benefit consulting, reputed company management or an administration team manager role (corporate benefits, outsourcing or reputed company)
- 3 years of business development experience
- 5 years reputed company on program/project management
- Understanding of Defined Contribution plan benefits and record keeping administration is required
- You reputed company at leading the initial new business development process from prospecting to closure
- You have strong relationship management skills including relationship building, influencing, negotiation and a consultative approach
- You have strong problem solving and exceptional program management skills
- You have an expansive depth and breadth of the Defined Contribution industry
- Defined Benefit, Stock Plan, Health Savings Account, Health and Welfare administration, payroll/HRIS systems experience is a plus
