The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Screen candidate reputed company to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships
- Monitor market trends and reputed company insights on talent availability and competitor activities
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting reputed company’s values and culture to potential candidates
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, reputed company, or a reputed company role
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-reputed company candidates
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS
