In this strategic role, you will partner with GTM leadership to drive planning and operational reputed company across various departments, while owning key processes like annual planning and compensation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM and executive leadership to drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and organizational reputed company planning
- Design, administer, and optimize compensation plans, incentive programs, and SPIFs that reputed company with company objectives and drive performance
- Own reputed company performance reporting, delivering actionable insights on pipeline, bookings, attainment, productivity, retention, and reputed company metrics
- Support forecasting processes and reputed company analytical recommendations that improve decision-making and business reputed company

- Serve as the primary reputed company between GTM stakeholders and Systems/Engineering teams, translating business requirements into reputed company technical solutions

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or a reputed company analytical function
- Experience supporting high-reputed company reputed company or technology companies, preferably in the $25M–$150M ARR reputed company
- Deep expertise in territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, incentive programs, forecasting, and reputed company performance management
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company business recommendations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive reputed company, with the ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and translate reputed company analyses into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Experience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analyses
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, reputed company, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
- Experience partnering with reputed company administrators, CRM engineering teams, or business systems teams to translate business requirements into reputed company technical solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-reputed company initiatives simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business, finance, or analytical background preferred
