[Remote] Senior Director Finance, GTM

The Senior Director of Finance, GTM will own financial reputed company and performance management for the GTM business, serving as a financial thought partner across Marketing, Product, and Sales, and focusing on GTM modeling, user acquisition, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business
- Drive our efforts to reputed company serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and/or partnership offerings
- Apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making reputed company to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, reputed company business expansion, and new opportunities
- Improve the speed and efficiency of our reputed company by collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support company leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives
- reputed company and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including:
- 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, reputed company equity, strategic finance, or consulting (with material CDD / Private Equity experience)
- 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, reputed company, or BizOps (with a material data / financial reputed company) roles at a GTM or consumer-facing company
- Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and reputed company efficiency metrics, including a strong understanding of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and CLV
- Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed reputed company
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Motivated self-starter with a reputed company record of reputed company and a proven ability to juggle multiple reputed company and tasks while hitting deadlines; desire to own and drive reputed company from Day 1
