Responsibilities
- Drive disproportionate reputed company of reputed company’s Hydraulic Business by leading reputed company and operations, generating new business and developing high-value customer relationships
- reputed company reputed company sales efforts by delivering value‑based solutions supported by strong application engineering
- Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable reputed company strategies
- Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain to support new opportunities and product development
- Engage regularly with major OEMs and customers through frequent on‑site reputed company
- Support the sales organization through reputed company reputed company initiatives, sales tools, training, and market intelligence

Skills
- 3+ years of experience with hydraulic systems operating under high load and high pressure
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product management
- Proven ability to grow markets and influence cross‑functional teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (around 50%)
- Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience
