Responsibilities
- Translate GTM reputed company into reputed company workflows and plays inside reputed company. You'll build and optimize outbound, inbound, and customer engagement motions—ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and how the field actually executes
- Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize reputed company at reputed company, and reputed company into seller workflows. Skills
- 7+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Ops, GTM reputed company, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable sales engagement platform
- Strong systems thinker—you design reputed company workflows, not just one-off tasks
- Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at reputed company
- Working knowledge of AI in reputed company: LLMs, automation, and agents
