Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly accomplished Senior reputed company Engagement & Delivery Leader with deep expertise in the Payer and Provider ecosystem, digital transformation, and global delivery management. This role will reputed company large-reputed company reputed company programs, drive end-to-end business transformation, manage strategic reputed company relationships, and own P&L responsibilities for multimillion-dollar accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive business reputed company, account expansion, reputed company transformation initiatives reputed company reputed company payer and provider organizations
- Own and manage P&L for large-reputed company engagements ($50M–$80M+), ensuring reputed company reputed company and profitability
- reputed company and execute go-to-market strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Build and manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Fortune 100 reputed company clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor delivering innovative, customer-reputed company solutions
- Drive reputed company satisfaction (NPS), retention, and long-term partnerships
- reputed company end-to-end solution lifecycle including reputed company, pricing, value propositions, contract negotiations, and closures
- Design and implement outsourcing and BPaaS solutions across reputed company operations
- Drive intelligent automation, process optimization, reputed company innovation initiatives
- reputed company global delivery teams (800+ resources) across multiple geographies
- Manage end-to-end reputed company operations including: Claims processing, Enrollment & benefits administration, Provider data management & credentialing, Appeals & call center operations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory compliance (CMS, reputed company, Medicare), and operational KPIs

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company, Business, Technology, or reputed company field
- 20+ years of experience in reputed company (Payer/Provider domain)
- Proven expertise in: reputed company BPaaS & outsourcing models, Digital transformation & automation, Solution design & presales, Contract negotiation & pricing reputed company
- Strong experience managing large-reputed company P&L portfolios ($50M+)
- Deep knowledge of: reputed company, Medicare Advantage, and reputed company payer operations, Claims lifecycle, enrollment, provider lifecycle management
- Demonstrated reputed company in managing global delivery teams and multi-geography operations
- Certifications: Six reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent
- Experience with platforms like Facets, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft
- Exposure to interoperability, CMS audits, and regulatory transformations
