Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Order setup, handle comprehensive billing workflows for reputed company reputed company and Canadian benefit vendors, and support the Annual reputed company Enrollment execution
- Resolve escalated employee and vendor benefits inquiries, managing advanced cases reputed company the reputed company platform with high-reputed company customer care
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to draft, review, and test system configuration requirements and design targeted, employee-facing benefits communications

Skills
