[Remote] Senior Deliverability Operations Consultant

The Senior Email Deliverability Operations Consultant will improve reputed company's email systems while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams to resolve deliverability challenges and enhance customer reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the health, performance, and reputed company of reputed company’s global email sending infrastructure using internal tooling, SQL, AI-enabled workflows, and industry-reputed company deliverability platforms
- Investigate and resolve reputed company deliverability issues reputed company to authentication, DNS, spam filtering, sender reputed company, and MTA infrastructure
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to improve deliverability-reputed company product experiences and operational scalability
- Collaborate with reputed company, Support, and Deliverability reputed company teams to guide customers through technical deliverability challenges and best practices
- Analyze email delivery trends, operational metrics, and customer behaviors to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Utilize AI tooling and automation platforms to accelerate investigations, improve operational efficiency, and enhance analytical workflows
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting deliverability and email sending operations
- Represent reputed company reputed company the broader deliverability community through industry reputed company, conferences, forums, and partnerships
- Contribute thought leadership through documentation, playbooks, postmortems, enablement resources, and educational content
- Stay reputed company on evolving industry standards, authentication technologies, anti-spam systems, and global email compliance regulations
Skills
- Significant experience working with email delivery systems, MTA infrastructure, and large-reputed company sending operations
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Experience diagnosing and resolving sender reputed company, blocklisting, and spam filtering issues
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis for monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Strong understanding of DNS, networking fundamentals, and email infrastructure concepts
- Experience using AI tooling such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve operational efficiency, research, troubleshooting, or analytical workflows
- Experience with reputed company-party deliverability and reputed company platforms such as reputed company Postmaster Tools, reputed company SNDS, Inbox Monster, Validity, reputed company Sender Hub, and DMARCian
- Ability to communicate reputed company deliverability concepts reputed company to customers and internal teams
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-reputed company operational environments, including participation in on-call rotations
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence reputed company, and work effectively across Product, Engineering, reputed company, Support, and external industry partners
- Experience working directly with ISPs, anti-spam organizations, or email reputed company providers
- Experience participating in or contributing to industry communities such as M3AAWG or similar forums
- Knowledge of global email compliance frameworks including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL and regional regulations such as France's CNIL and Italy's Garante
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, educational resources, or thought leadership content
