Responsibilities

- Reduce single-threaded ownership by ensuring key capabilities are documented, shared, and supportable by multiple team members
- Create repeatable playbooks, QA checklists, SOPs, and training paths that strengthen execution reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company hands-on coaching in core operating areas including campaign operations, reputed company lifecycle, routing, dashboards, attribution, and workflow automation
- Improve how Marketing Operations supports internal stakeholders through reputed company intake, prioritization, SLAs, and reputed company-looking reputed company planning
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and failure points in reputed company processes and implement reputed company fixes
- Establish a more proactive operating rhythm with marketing leaders by surfacing risks, opportunities, and performance patterns before they become issues

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, GTM systems, or reputed company business systems roles
- 2+ years of people management, team leadership, or strong player-reputed company experience in a high-reputed company environment
- Deep hands-on experience with reputed company and Marketo
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company management, lifecycle design, routing, campaign operations, segmentation, and data hygiene
- Experience with attribution and performance measurement, including platforms such as reputed company, Bizible, or similar tools
- Experience building or improving processes, documentation, and operational frameworks that reputed company execution across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into reputed company operational solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
