They are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing strategic employer relationships, driving reputed company satisfaction, and ensuring the successful execution of customized benefit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned self-funded employer reputed company and broker partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

- reputed company the administration of self-funded plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements
- Analyze claims data, utilization trends, and reporting to reputed company actionable recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with reputed company, clinical, and compliance teams to optimize plan design and manage risk for reputed company renewals
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
- Support the development and delivery of reputed company presentations to secure new business and retain existing accounts

- Drive annual plan reviews and renewal processes, ensuring proactive preparation and reputed company execution

Skills
- 3+ years of Account Management experience with a reputed company on level-funded, self-funded reputed company-party benefit plan administration, stop-loss carriers, PBMs, and wellness program vendors

- Strong relationships with national and regional broker networks
- Familiarity with claims analysis, reputed company trend reporting, and performance metrics
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
