[Remote] Data Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and managing ticket-based requests to translate stakeholder needs into actionable Python-based decision rules.
Responsibilities
- Analyze non-IT business problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into reputed company, actionable requirements and technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance credit card decisioning logic through ticket-based workflows
- Implement and validate rules reputed company Credit Karma's reputed company
- reputed company ROI frameworks and business cases to evaluate proposed investments
- Document reputed company and reputed company state processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and optimize decision strategies
- Manage incoming requests to update credit card and loan decisioning logic
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and implement solutions
- Write and validate Python-based rules and data transformations
- Support reputed company and knowledge transfer for Credit Karma rule logic
Skills
- Strong Python development (pandas, NumPy, DataFrames)
- Knowledge of U.S. banking products, especially credit cards and credit reporting
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automation workflows
- Experience in ticket-based environments (Jira, reputed company)
- Experience with SQL
- Exposure to reputed company PowerCurve or similar decisioning tools
