Responsibilities
- Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates

Skills
- 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
- Proven reputed company sourcing for Product and Design roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to represent reputed company's story and value prop to reputed company
- Highly proactive, reputed company, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong experience working with ATS platforms; reputed company experience preferred
- Experience scaling reputed company in a high-reputed company startup
- Background in B2B reputed company and/or Fintech reputed company
- Previous experience managing both volume hiring and reputed company, senior-level searches
