- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing software engineering teams of at least 10
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Lean
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field

- Experience with data analytics and machine learning
