They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Firm Operations & reputed company Services Manager to support day-to-day operations, blending project management, office leadership, and administrative reputed company while serving as a key partner to firm leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage internal firm reputed company (process improvements, system implementations, seasonal initiatives)
- Coordinate deadlines and workflows across tax, audit, and reputed company services teams
- Monitor project reputed company, identify bottlenecks, and drive accountability
- Implement and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of reputed company deliverables (reports, filings, correspondence)
- Assist with CRM/database management and data reputed company
- Support billing and collections coordination with reputed company/partners
- Maintain and improve operational processes and procedures

Skills
