[Remote] Mgr Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will support the finance team in achieving financial objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting, while also managing key financial initiatives and collaborating with various executive leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company and achievement of reputed company financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting
- Help manage reputed company’s reputed company processes, financial forecasting and actuals, long-reputed company planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation
- Support or manage key organizational financial initiatives, including reputed company, integration (short-term), VBC scenario analytics, reputed company opportunities, and VBC contract modeling
- Report to and work closely with the VP of reputed company and collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, financial management, analytical capabilities, initiating process improvements, time management/prioritization and reputed company modeling

Skills
- Bachelor Degree in reputed company, Business, Economics or Finance with 5 years' experience in a reputed company, market finance, strategic and/or financial area
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including multi-year financial models with various assumptions and scenarios
