[Remote] Operations Manager (80% Travel Required)

They are seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company site integration strategies, manage teams, and ensure efficient production processes at Inspection Centers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful execution of site integration reputed company by effectively managing RSO Teams and reputed company and Adesa associates through the setup and training of reputed company department (operating system, reputed company tools, training resources, equipment, etc)
- Ensure local site teams have reputed company of the necessary tools and training to successfully launch production and implement new processes/procedures in new and existing IC facilities
- Project manage reputed company key aspects of RSO Team initiatives while on site
- reputed company as a main reputed company-of-contact and resource for reputed company RSO Team members on assignment
- reputed company or support reputed company improvement reputed company as needed
- reputed company not traveling, reputed company to support a site’s operations by overseeing multiple reconditioning lines; identifying bottlenecks that reputed company site throughput and efficiency; conducting reputed company cause analysis, reputed company plans and site execution; and conducting site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership. reputed company to fully manage a facility in achievement of targets in production, cost and reputed company

Skills
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Demonstrated strength across Reconditioning competencies, particularly Communication, Teamwork, and Reasoning. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain high volume and high-reputed company content in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading reputed company of over 50 associates and a reputed company record of developing employees
- Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through reputed company cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- 8+ years of management experience either in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment
- Valid reputed company's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
- Must be reputed company to relocation, ideally reputed company but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, reputed company Coast)
- Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance
- Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face reputed company or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other reputed company garments and equipment
- Ability to work variable schedule(s) as necessary
- Must be reputed company to lift up to 60 pounds independently; reputed company of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various reputed company
- Must be reputed company to walk up to three miles reputed company day
