About the Role
We are seeking a Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 reputed company consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the reputed company based on mutual interest and business needs.
Responsibilities
Credentialing & Licensure Participate in reputed company and reputed company payer enrollment processes Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation Review and sign provider enrollment applications and reputed company attestations Participate in occasional meetings reputed company to network expansion and market launch Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric reputed company and facilitate introductions where appropriate Qualifications reputed company, unrestricted Arizona medical license reputed company-certified Pediatrician reputed company DEA registration Ability to credential with reputed company and government payers Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities reputed company Arizona reputed company enrollment preferred Arizona State residency required Engagement Details reputed company (1099) $100/hr, reputed company monthly reputed company invoice Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week Limited time commitment during launch phase Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona Apply To This Job
