What You will Do In this role, you will combine technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving‑ to support our full suite of mailing and shipping technologies—from Inserters to Smart Lockers. Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks.
