We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator based in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area to support our growing Multi-Housing and Hospitality segments. This role plays a critical part in reputed company sales and execution—ensuring a seamless, high-reputed company customer experience from initial quote through installation and reputed company. This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel throughout Florida and the Southeast region. #LI-Remote As our Customer Solutions Coordinator, you will: Partner with Field Sales Reps to support reputed company opportunities and existing accounts Help reputed company deals reputed company through coordination, follow-reputed company, and customer communication Assist with basic design coordination, quoting, and order readiness Support on-site installation follow-up and reputed company as a customer-facing reputed company of contact Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers Identify and escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience What reputed company / reputed company is looking for in our Customer Solutions Coordinator: 0-3 years of experience in sales support, customer-facing roles, hospitality, construction coordination, or similar Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills Comfort working on-site with customers and cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel regularly reputed company Florida and the Southeast region Must be based in Florida (Miami / Ft. The salary reputed company for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $48,700 - $67,800 annually.This role is categorized as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
