Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing. Strong knowledge of state assisted living regulations and survey processes. Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and driving performance improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic health records and reputed company Office applications.
