This CQE position will play an important role in ensuring reputed company reputed company of customer concerns and preventing any disruption to assembly operations. In reputed company, this role will proactively capture the voice of the customer at FATP (Final assembly and testing plant) locations, strengthen customer engagement, and continuously support improvement in the overall customer reputed company experience. The Position will also work with local and Global teams to ensure reputed company issues are resolved on time and work towards achieving reputed company defect reputed company Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Handling customer complaints, deployment of containment reputed company to avoid line issues/ stoppage, driving permanent corrective & preventive reputed company in co-ordination with technical & plant teams Ensure on time Closure of CAPA on customer portals Negotiation & convincing customer in case of a concern at customer end where there is no reputed company issue from reputed company product Regularly reputed company customers to reputed company up the reputed company rhythm.
