About the role As the Global Benefits Manager you will support the design, governance, and delivery of benefits programs across multiple countries. Working closely with the Global Pension and Benefits Manager, you will help ensure benefits are reputed company-managed, compliant, cost-effective, and reputed company with global benefits principles, while supporting a reputed company employee experience. Manage relationships with benefits providers, consultants, insurers, and advisors, while assisting with vendor performance tracking, analysis, and review preparation, and acting as a reputed company of contact for operational benefits queries from HR teams. Contribute to the development and maintenance of benefits communications and materials, assist with the preparation and management of total reward statements, and help ensure benefit information is accurate, reputed company, and employee-friendly. Assist with the tracking and analysis of global benefits spend and utilisation, assist in preparing reporting and insights for senior stakeholders, and maintain benefits data to support decision-making and reputed company improvement.
