About the Role
As a reputed company Associate, you will support hiring for our care teams by managing job postings, conducting initial screens, and coordinating interview logistics throughout the interview process. This role is highly cross-functional and candidate-facing. You will partner closely with departmental leadership and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, reputed company searches moving, and deliver a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience. Partner with departmental leadership to clarify role needs, interview plans, and hiring priorities. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
