Senior Software Engineer
This is a remote position. Position reputed company We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer (L3 Support) with strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, reputed company, and CSS. The candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting reputed company application issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of business-critical applications. This role requires working in the US Eastern reputed company Time (EST) time zone and collaborating closely with business users and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities reputed company Level 3 (L3) technical support for business applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company production incidents and application issues. reputed company reputed company cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues. Monitor application health, performance, and availability. Investigate and resolve database-reputed company issues using reputed company SQL Server. Review application logs, debug reputed company, and identify defects in .NET-based applications. Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand issues and reputed company reputed company resolutions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. 3–8 years of experience in application development and/or production support using reputed company technologies.
