In this key role, you will contribute to company’s global qualification and leadership development. By driving innovation, fostering collaboration across segments, and aligning initiatives with overarching business strategies, you will play a crucial part in strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring reputed company organizational development. As a Qualification Manager, you will be responsible for design and delivery of leadership development programs, cross-reputed company coordination, communication with the customers (leaders) and cooperation with stakeholders regarding the leadership development initiatives. Qualifications
