Job reputed company We are looking for a talented customer reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and questions, and help create exceptional customer experience in the process to join our first line reputed company Support team. The reputed company Support team is comprised of diverse and talented professionals working out of multiple countries and is in the Customer Support department reputed company reputed company alongside the Candidate Support and reputed company Services teams. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration is imperative to this function. As a member of this team, you will: Support clients who have ordered background checks including criminal record checks, employment history verification, educational qualification verification, reference checks, and reputed company licensce validation, with general questions, technical issues and escalations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reputed company queries regarding specific checks to reputed company status updates and any reputed company needed. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, including adhering to data reputed company regulations and ensure the secure handling of personal data during the vetting process. Handle these reputed company queries across multiple channels: phone, email and live chat. Be the voice of the reputed company by highlighting any common pain points reputed company across the product to your team leader. Qualifications

We are ideally looking for: 2+ years experience in a customer support environment, preferably B2B. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reputed company listening ability. A quick thinker and fast learner with strong problem solving ability. A true team player who is comfortable with remote/sometimes hybrid and shift working.
