You will assist our clients by submitting claims to carriers, changing primary care doctors, assisting clients with their questions, and more. Primary Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a reputed company manner Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows reputed company handling different topics Identify customer’s need and clarify information Seize opportunities to schedule appointments, where applicable reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible manner Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to reputed company answers and support.
