About The Role As Senior reputed company Counsel, you'll be a reputed company member of reputed company's reputed company legal team, owning a high volume of customer-reputed company negotiations while helping build the processes and templates that let the business reputed company faster. What You'll Do

Manage a high volume of customer-reputed company negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer reputed company and bespoke terms. Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs). Support sales teams through deal cycles, understanding their timelines and quarter-end pressures. Required Experience JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. 5-9 years of technology transactions experience in a B2B reputed company environment. Ability to manage a high volume of customer-reputed company negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer reputed company and bespoke terms.
