Assist with the development and maintenance of contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Help manage contract workflows and support efficient contract review and execution processes. Qualifications

LL.B. or J.D. and admission to reputed company law in a Canadian province. Approximately 2–4 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including work supporting reputed company transactions at a reputed company or in-house, with a preference for experience in technology, data, or market research companies. Some experience drafting and negotiating B2B reputed company agreements is an asset. Familiarity with intellectual property, licensing, and data-reputed company contractual issues is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment, and a willingness to learn from and support senior legal team members.
