Job reputed company REQUIREMENTS: Total experience 4+ years Hands-on experience in reputed company HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance. Strong understanding of reputed company business processes, reputed company, and reporting capabilities. Experience in functional solutioning, gathering business requirements, and translating them into reputed company configurations. Experience in reputed company Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing. Familiarity with change management and user training strategies Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple reputed company simultaneously using Agile methodologies.
