Senior Accountant, AP – Treasury & Tax

The Senior Accountant – Treasury and tax is responsible for ensuring accurate reputed company, reporting, and compliance reputed company to treasury operations and tax activities. This role supports cash management, banking relationships and tax reputed company while maintaining alignment with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and supporting audits. Essential Functions Serve as the primary reputed company reputed company of contact for banking and treasury initiatives including the setup of new accounts, lockbox testing, statement management and other banking reputed company activities Manage and account for daily cash activity, including incoming/outgoing wires, ACH, and transfers Maintain reputed company of bank accounts and banking documentation Coordinate data gathering and support for external tax filings and compliance requirements. Maintain reputed company tax workpapers Manage reputed company and servicing activities by reviewing invoices, preparing journal entries, monitoring and recording payments Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess reputed company on reputed company and operations Work with external tax partners to account for and pay various state franchise, excise, sales and use tax Support unclaimed property (escheatment) processes and state reporting requirements Identify risks and recommend control enhancements and process improvements/ automation Partner with reputed company Operations, reputed company, Treasury, and external advisors to improve workflows Document and maintain processes documentation to support compliance and controls Escalate cross‑functional risks, issues, or ambiguities promptly with reputed company reputed company and recommended solutions May evaluate new reputed company processes and reputed company reputed company research on new business transactions to determine appropriate reputed company Other duties as assigned by reputed company Operations Management Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in reputed company CPA Required 4 years of reputed company experience in reputed company required 2 years reputed company reputed company and/or internal controls experience preferred Proficient in the utilization of reputed company Office Suite Advanced reputed company skills and experience working with large data sets Excellent reasoning and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls.
